Armani/Ristorante

Armani/Ristorante, the hotel’s Michelin-selected Italian fine dining restaurant, welcomes guests to dine on its terrace – now set with full dinner tables that offer unrivalled views of the Dubai Fountain – with an all-new à la carte menu. Featuring an artful array of starters, mains, and desserts, alongside curated tasting, seafood, and vegetarian set menus, every dish tells a story of Italian tradition reimagined through the artistry and elegance synonymous with Armani.

Armani/Hashi

The Michelin-selected Japanese restaurant, Armani/Hashi, invites guests to embark on a journey through the traditional Japanese art of kaiseki – a multi-course dining experience that features a series of small, intricate dishes crafted with elaborate preparation and exquisite presentation, all while blancing taste and texture in perfect harmony. The new, nine-course Kaiseki Tasting Menu brings together essential elements of Japanese cuisince, from nourishing soup and expertly crafted sushi and sashimi to smoky robata-yaki. Featuring dishes such as A5 Wagyu Tartar with fresh truffle and quail egg, Lobster Uni Yaki, and Japanese Wagyu Robatayaki with marinated greens, the menu takes guests on a culinary journey from delicate amuse-bouche to a final Nagareru Cheesecake – each course a masterclass in Japanese cooking.

Armani/Amal’s Family Lunch, available every Friday to Sunday, invites guests to savour India’s rich and varied culinary heritage. From the bold flavours of Punjab to the delicate coastal notes of Kerala, the experience celebrates the very essence of Indian dining with an elegant, family-style spread of starters, smoky tandoor specialties, and timeless classics complemented by traditional sides and desserts. Armani/Deli brings an authentic taste of Italy to the heart of Downtown Dubai, offering a relaxed, elevated setting with picturesque views of the Dubai Fountain. This season, the gourmet market-style restaurant introduces two new experiences – the Endless Slice of Italy and Brunch alla Famiglia – each celebrating Italy’s famous penchant for hearty food and great company.

Every Wednesday and Sunday, the Endless Slice of Italy invites guests to indulge in unlimited servings of freshly baked pizza, from classic Margherita and Quattro Formaggi to Calabrese, shrimp sepcials, and the signature Pizza Armani. On Saturday, Brunch alla Famiglia transforms the venue in a lively Italian-style gathering, where rustic flavours, premium ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere come together for a joyful family affair – complete with a children’s play area and weekend activities.
