Throughout the Holy month, Maraya transforms into a sophisticated open-air Ramadan majlis, offering an expansive dining experience set against its magnificent, awe-inspiring interiors. Guests can enjoy a daily rotating menu featuring Ramadan dishes alongside global culinary influences for iftar and suhoor, with seating for up to 180 guests indoors and 100 outdoors.
The Iftar buffet, priced at SAR 250 per person, showcases an inspired selection of Ramadan classics and international dishes. Highlights include traditional soups, mezze platters, slow-cooked regional specialities and live cooking stations. Suhoor at Maraya takes the culinary journey late into the night with shisha lounges and BBQ stations served under the desert’s stars in an atmosphere of calm. Guests can also expect cultural and artisanal pop-ups showcasing regional talent and curated workshops that celebrate local craftsmanship. While Ramadan at Maraya is at the heart of the celebrations, the journey naturally extends beyond the structure’s mirrored walls through to neighbouring tranquil desert retreats. Nestled within the dramatic Ashar Valley, Banyan Tree AlUla offers a serene Ramadan sanctuary inspired by Nabataean architecture and Bedouin culture. Guests can enjoy exclusive Ramadan stay packages starting from SAR 4,200++ for a one-bedroom villa, which includes one Iftar and suhoor experience at Maraya or in-room Suhoor. Iftar at Maraya starts from sunset until 9 PM from SAR 350, and Suhoor runs from 11 PM to 1AM priced at SAR 250.
At Our Habitas AlUla, “A Desert Retreat for Reflection” invites a community-driven Ramadan experience surrouned by dramatic cliffs and desert tranquility. In addition to Maraya’s immersive Iftar and Suhoor offering, guests can opt for an intimate dining experinces at Tama, where global and Middle Eastern cuisine come together amidst a bucket-list destination.
